Does this program do an automatic 2 previous campaign look up?  To get the best price?

Yep!

Go to the Setup tab...
click on the Sales Orders tab...
then select "find lowest... order lowest"

You need to set the "Previous Campaigns" field on Campaigns tab of Setup (normally 1 or 2) to tell MBA how far back to go.  Just as an example in Canada new Reps could only go back one previous campaign to Order (team leaders & PC could go back 2), so if you were new you would set "Previous Campaigns" to 1, otherwise you would set it to 2.
