I have a helper who gets 20% on core brochure items & 10% on fixed earnings products. I have not found a way for MBA to handle this. I am a former user of another program for Avon reps that distinguishes the difference in the items by placing an asterisk (instead of the dash) in the item number (xxx*xxx). So when it prints, we can immediately tell which is which. Can you address this issue? If so, I have friends (other reps) who will switch to this program. I think it is awesome. Thank you so much for all you do, Stan.  Smiley

Maybe. It might be possible to calculate 2 types on Discount based on the "Cat." (Category) on the Sale Order line.  We would need some kind of addition to Setup to allow the Rep to select which Category belonged to each of the 2 Discounts.

Cheers,
Stan

Can you add a column, maybe between "number" & "description" for the category code, maybe make the 'F' bold? We would still need to manually calculate the discount (for the helper), but for now, at least we could distinguish between the two categories on the customer invoice? Or maybe there is another way to do that?! I'm just trying to think of a quick fix. Thanks!

I have a helper to and this problem is a problem for me to. I use the erep invoices for my helper because it is easier for her to understand. I would love to use the MBA invoice for her.
Yintex had a good idea.

Can you email me a copy of the eRep Invoice you use for Helper?  Maybe I can get a better idea if I see it.

Cheers,
Stan
