I know there is the printable log report, but where do I log my mileage into the MBA program?? Huh  I've looked over the program and on here and couldn't find the answer I needed... Undecided

The Log report is for creating a form entering mileage.  To keep it in your car and keep track of business trips.

ok...so once we log our mileage onto the paper log, there is no way to enter it onto the MBA program??

No, but there will be in version 3.  I don't have it finished yet but it is needed for Schedule C worksheet MBA will create.

The idea is you have vehicle(s) list (multiple in case you buy new car during tax year).  You then enter business mileage (associated to a car). At year end you can calculate vehicle expense based on total mileage or percentage of business mileage out of total car expenses.

Thanks so much for your quick response!!  That will be great that we can put in the mileage into MBA on the 3rd version!!  I have been using a little notebook thus far to record my mileage in, so I will continue to do so, until the new version comes out.  Thanks so much for your help! Grin
