Hi

I seem to be having trouble upgrading to 2.11.  After install program - will not run at all (nothing happens!).  Have had to go back to 2.10e.  Have tried uninstalling mba before install as well and it still does not work.

I am running windows 7

Can you help?

Yes, I think it problem with installer.  Here it installs fine on Windows 2000 and XP but has issue with Win7 but a Rep had the opposite (worked on 7 but not XP).  I will have a new 2.11a up on website soon.

Is there any idea to when the 2.11a will be available???  I can't get into my old system because it has a virus and it won't open things.

Guess the ADMIN doesn't read these messages. 

I've emailed several times and have not gotten a response.  As of right now, I spent $19.99 for a product I can't use.  I really hate spending money for something I can't use.

Do not get discourage, he will solve the issue.  I've been using this program for 4 years and is the best out there.  I'm going through the same issue, luckily, I had the older version saved on another computer and was able to restore it there.

I understand, but an update would be good. 

I wish I could use my older version, BUT since I got a virus on my last pc, I don't do use those files on my new pc.

2.11a is now available for download.  Sorry for the delay but upgrade my installer building software system from Version 4 to new Version 7.

I have tested on Win7, XP (Home & Pro) as well as Win2000
