i have a problem with printing my software freezes once i try to print. i did the printer set up and im able to print from other programs. what could be the problem?

Are you able to create a Preview of what you print (before printing it)?
Is the Printer under (main menu File - Print Setup) your normal printer?

Does MBA or Windows post a message window/dialog box with and Error Message or Error Number?
What Printer is listed in "main menu File - Print Setup"?
How much free space is available on the Hard Drive?
