Wonderful!

Is C06 on the way soon, as we will be able to order from C06 at the same time as C05.... as well as the C06 normal time?

Do you forsee any problems with us entering C06 items in the C05 campaign??

You have two options.  Add the C6 items you need to C5 or create a new empty C6 (see main menu File - Create New Broachure...) and add to that (just the items you need).  When C6 comes out just install/copy over your short version.  Adding to C5 is probably easier to do.
